the format a bit to make the interest rate quotes easier to read.

Limits - New limits for 2008! - Available Immediately. One units:
$417,000, Two units:
$533,850, Three Units: at $645,300 and Four units: $801,950.
(Limits in Alaska and Hawaii and 50% higher.)
Jumbo and Super Jumbo also available.

Home Loan Interest Rates - Some of the most
popular programs for both Conforming and Jumbo loan amounts as well as current money rates
and Home Equity Loans and Equity Lines.

VA Home Loans - New VA Loan
Limit: $359,650 with no down payment. A lot more than just
a summary. Contains program parameters, underwriting guidelines, closing cost summaries,
eligibility requirements and more.

Glossary of Terms - Scores of definitions of
Real Estate and Mortgage terminology.

Financial Calculators -
Mortgage calculators, annuity calculators and pre-qualification calculators are
all available.

Apply On-Line - For either home loans or apartment and commercial loans. Besides a brief on-line
application, there's ability to download the entire Residential Mortgage Loan
Application which once completed can be
faxed or mailed at your convenience. This is a application site!
